4ROAM Carabiner

Every kit has one part nobody thinks about until it lets go. Usually it is the plastic clip holding the expensive thing. So we forged our own and pull-tested it before we sold a single one.

  The numbers are on the carabiner, not just in the ad. Forged ALU6061-T6, 0.16 in (4 mm) thick, engraved with its own material and load rating. Lab tensile test, June 2026: the weakest sample held over three times the required standard. Working load limit 110 lbs (50 kg).

  Under 0.32 oz (9.6 g). You will never leave it behind to save weight. Forged, not cast: the metal grain follows the frame instead of being cut across it.

  It takes two 1 in (25 mm) straps at once. Adventure Bag onto a pack, pack onto a headrest, antenna onto a roof rack, dry bag onto a grab rail. Your setup reconfigures in seconds.

  One hand, in gloves, in the dark. The steel wire gate has no hinge pocket to pack with mud or ice. On a 4TETHER loop it moves your keys between a jacket, a pack and a dashboard without ever putting them down.

  Good enough to be seen. 2.1 x 1.6 in (54 x 40 mm), matte black against a bare steel gate, deburred, with no sharp edges to chew your Cordura.
