Return and Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality and durability of our products. When you purchase from 4ROAM, we offer flexible return policies and long-term product support to ensure your absolute satisfaction.

4ROAM provides a 100-day return and exchange policy. Items purchased directly from our website can be returned for a refund to the original payment method, provided they meet our standard verification criteria.

Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a standard or voluntary return, your item must meet the following strict conditions:

  • The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, remaining entirely unworn and unused.

  • All original tags must remain firmly attached, and the item must be returned inside its original packaging.

  • A valid store receipt or verifiable proof of purchase is required to initialize the transaction.

Shipping Logistics for Returns

To initialize a return process, you must contact our support team directly at hello@4roam.com. Logistics fees are distributed based on the nature of the claim:

If the return is caused by a verified faulty product or an operational error on our part, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label.

If the return is initiated by the customer due to a change of mind or personal preference, all return shipping costs must be covered entirely by the customer. This legal condition applies strictly to all returns originating from the USA, Australia, Switzerland, and the European Union.

Important Notice: Items sent back to us without first requesting a formal return confirmation will not be accepted or processed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us without delay if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange a resolution.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of merchandise are explicitly excluded from our return policy. We cannot accept returns for custom products, special tailored orders, personalized items, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges

The most efficient method to complete an exchange is to process a standard return for the item you possess. Once the return is formally accepted, you can proceed to make a separate, independent purchase for the new item through our online store.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the terms outlined above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, consumers possess a legal right to cancel or return an order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To qualify under this statutory requirement, the merchandise must remain in its original, unused condition with all tags and original packaging intact, accompanied by a valid receipt.

Refund Processing

We will notify you immediately once we have received and thoroughly inspected your physical return shipment to confirm approval. Upon approval, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Banking institutions and credit card companies may require additional processing time to post the transaction.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received the capital, please contact our support desk at hello@4roam.com.
