  Limited Three-Year Warranty: 4ROAM provides a limited 3-year warranty from the date of purchase covering verified manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover standard wear and tear, cosmetic degradation, or damages resulting from external modifications.

  Lifetime Repair Guarantee: Outside of the 3-year warranty period, we offer a lifetime repair service to extend the operational lifecycle of your gear. To utilize this service, the customer is strictly required to fully prepay all shipping logistics, including the transit costs to our designated repair facility and the generation of a return shipping label back to the customer destination.

3. Product Liability and Usage Disclaimers

To ensure safety and compliance with international consumer protection laws across the United States, Europe, and global jurisdictions, users must strictly adhere to the following operational boundaries:
